Amy Feaster Founder/CEO
Amy (Garrett) Feaster is the proud daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Garrett. Amy graduated from D’Youville College of Buffalo, NY majoring in Business Management and received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Medialle College of Buffalo, NY. Her employment hallmarks include Verizon Communications Platinum Service Award & Presidential Club Award for being the number one Sales Representative. After leaving Verizon Amy accepted a position with Wells Fargo Advisors as a lead Special Operations Coordinator in which she was responsible for facilitating corporate brokerage accounts. After achieving great success at Wells Fargo Advisors, she accepted a position of promotion with BB&T as a Senior Operations Specialist which her responsibility entails processing and managing domestic and international corporate brokerage accounts.
Amy’s community involvement entails her serving as a member of the Adoption Development Outreach Planning Team(ADOPT) which is a child advocacy group that recruits professionals from public and private child welfare agencies, adoptive parents, therapists, attorneys, and others. This non-profit group main purpose is to coordinate efforts to broaden adoption opportunities for Virginia’s “waiting” children.
Being a cancer survivor herself she is an advocate and supporter of the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation. She serves as a Board Director with the Next Move Program a non-profit organization which creates guided internship experiences for young adults with disabilities. Moreover, she is the proud wife of William Feaster for 30 years and the proud mother of 4 sons, 2 daughter in-laws, and 1 granddaughter.
Amy established the GGFAF in honor of her loving parents who adopted her.
